Ultimate Sports Arena (“USA”) is a newly formed sports wagering restaurant, bar, and private events venue formed to partner with casino operators in order to capitalize upon new legislation legalizing sports wagering. USA venues will be located in or near existing casinos and will feature regional celebrity athlete partners, casual and private dining, and an environment for the sports wager to mingle with each other and athletes whilst betting on the games.

USA will be THE destination to watch and bet on all sports every day of the year, and will be THE GO TO venue for the BIG GAMES – Super Bowl, World Series, Kentucky Derby, etc.
